When do I need to order for Father's Day?+
Order by June 13 at midnight ET. We ship in 3–5 business days from our USA studio so it lands before Father's Day (June 21).
What's actually engraved on the bottom?+
Every glass has "THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING" engraved on the bottom — the same message on every glass. He'll find it when his drink is done.
How do I take care of it?+
Hand wash only — dishwashers are rough on engraving. A quick rinse and dry keeps it looking sharp for decades.
What if I spelled his name wrong?+
Personalized items are final sale because each one is custom-engraved before shipping. Please double-check spelling before checkout — we send a confirmation email immediately so you can also reply to flag issues within 1 hour of ordering.
What if it arrives damaged?+
Defective or damaged glasses are replaced free — just send a photo within 14 days and we'll re-engrave and ship a new one.
